This is more ridiculous by the day. If a Conference can't enforce rules then what's next. Maybe the CFP will grow a pair and exclude these teams that use these players as well. Believe I read that was being discussed. Hopefully Sankey and other Conferences get into Federal Court and stop this madness.

What document or law gives a low-level state district judge power over a national, cross-state organization like the SEC? What enforcement power does that judge really have in a TRO if that national, cross-state organization decides the players can play, but not in any State outside the state where the judge has jurisdiction? I doubt he could enforce it inside his State, let alone outside it.

In a total shocker, a LA judge has come out and said the same thing as the Dallas judge. They are citing “new rules.” Thats BS. When I was competing if you even indicated you were going pro, that was the end of your collegiate career and that was 20 years ago…the hell is going on??
