If you’re going to give Wisner significant $$$ and still not play him, he must really suck

Wisner is a productive back, imo.  Not explosive, but productive and he doesn't turn the ball over.  But, yea, why did FSU go after him?

If I am Norvell and as desperate as FSU will be this season, I would run Daniels more and RPO more.  I have been impressed with his toughness thus far.

No touches for wisner through halftime. Bad advice or bad gamble.

On the flip side, Wisner will earn more money playing football this season than he will at any other point in his playing career.  In fact, it may well be the last paycheck of his football career.

Maybe he realized he would be a P4 level back-up RB wherever he went, so he took the biggest paycheck to serve as an RB2 / RB3?

He could’ve been that at Texas if he wanted lol. I think these agents are undervaluing being a lifer at Texas and how you can have an income stream for decades after. He lost that by leaving.

Sure he could’ve been that at Texas (and he was given that offer), but he chose to take a bigger paycheck from Florida State.

And he never bothered to inform Texas of his decision to go elsewhere via the Portal, and instead decided not to show-up for the team flight to Orlando for the Cheez-it Bowl (after having practiced with this the Texas team throughout bowl prep).  Decisions have consequences.

Agents don’t make money off that though, therefore they don’t care.
