Arch Manning…

The name has more weight than his play.

look, I know some will disagree, but let’s unpack this… Arch has zero grasp on the more advanced aspects of running this offense. 
He Will NOT check us out of bad plays…

He WILL NOT pull it when the defensive end crashes down…

He DOES NOT see the field. 
 

Now, I have to assume that our offense is sputtering because of Sarks unwillingness to see that Arch cannot effectively run his offense. What are the options? Who knows… but I’ll tell you this, Arch Manning is not a good fit for this offense, and Sark is not prepared in games when the defense takes away Arch’s first read. No adjustment… nothing. 
 

This is on Sark, and he coaches tight and the players play tight. 
 

Maybe the problem isn’t the quarterback… it’s the system, and a need to change gears at offensive coordinator

I didn't think it was possible, but Sark is more stubborn than Coach Akers. It eventually cost Akers a national championship and his job.

I’ll be honest, I’m not sure he’s draft able outside of the 6th or 7th round.

Brian Robison is cooking right now. He said he believes Arch is handcuffed just how Quinn was. He also is questioning his decision making. 
 

Gentleman, it’s time to question the whole operation on the offensive side beginning with Sark going down to Arch.

I think he’s coming back.  He’s a 3rd rounder at best.  I came to the realization of him coming back after that game last week.  How much better can he get this year?  I’d say it’s marginally better, and not enough to be a first rounder.

The decision making is an issue because this offense isn’t built for Arch. It’s literally square peg round hole.

It’s not Arch fault that he was hyped the way he was. He’s playing average at best right now. The line didn’t give him a lot of time today. He started off well but when he craters he goes off a cliff. I didn’t see many horrible passes like last week though. This system is not good for him. He needs to use his legs, Quinn needed to do that too, but Sark doesn’t let them. I am still waiting to see Sark develop a quarterback.

Why would he come back? He's going to have the same offense and the same OC/QB coach he's had for 3 years. What can he possibly improve on having the same coaches and running the same plays behind yet another inept offensive line coached by the same coach? That definition of insanity comes to mind. I think he goes pro.

I think the only way he leaves is if he goes nuclear which seems unlikely. He has a lot to develop.

Someone like Stetson Bennett would probably win the Heisman for us this year.

He has to stop throwing it past the line of scrimmage. Literally a high schooler doesnt do that. 3 times in 2 games he did this.

For how long though, man? Winning is the goal, yes. But between Arch and Sark, we will lose atleast two games in conference. Offense has no identity. Guess who’s that’s on? Sark. Arch is lost out there. That’s on Sark too.

Worse draft class next year for QB’s. He can improve on pre/post snap reads.  Intermediate passing.  Offensive line has improved, but Arch today made no check outs out of those blitzes today.  He can’t read pre or post snap.  Holds the ball too long.

You are somewhat correct here, but what do you do about the scheme not fitting what Arch is able to do? We play well…. When behind. That shows you he has the ability to cut it lose.

This ain't a lie. He's a good QB but not great. A little overhyped but we obviously can win with him.

Everyone can see it but Sark. The good thing is we have a week off to fix our crap. OU still has a pulse and they play fast on defense
