LSU might game, Mizzou on the road and they’re playing well. Aggy will be desperate for a win and look to play spoiler. Didn’t think we would lose to OU, so we can lose to Aggy, too. I actually see 8-4 a possibility. 9 and 3 would be more likely and miss the playoffs. OU will be our Florida this year. Quote
Califashorn75 Posted 52 minutes ago Posted 52 minutes ago I am severely disappointed but we are likely to run off five wins in a row. The nature of this team is that it's Jeckell and Hyde. Simmons didn't do much the second half. But he was a monster for one quarter. Our running game is sporadic at best. Ricky is not coming in to run. Arch tantalizes but then throws really bad interceptions. We have better players than most so we should win a few more games. But do I think we can win a Natty? Nope. 1 Quote

So does the offensive line. And credit to Oklahoma. They punched Texas in the mouth in the second half and the Longhorns didn't respond. Still another half of the season, but what if Arch wants to come back for another year? Say yes or move on to Lacey and Bell? Quote

The team needed this loss, and Arch needed this loss. All will be well. It just sucks losing, and to me as a fan I hate losing to OU more than anybody. Now being #1 is off our back. All 3 units had a role in the loss. Now we can turn it loose. Love it and Hook Em but I'm not sure we have 'it' to turn loose. 1 Quote

I’ll settle for a portal QB. hope Arch never leaves . I always wonder this. How does Ohio State always hire great coaches ? Quote

Stop blaming Sark for getting UT out of laughing stock 10+ yrs of misery… then blaming him for play calling. Guys are open. Period. He can’t throw it. There are sevaeral QBs that elevate when the game begins. Arch panics every other series. Time to accept a waste of 40 mill roster cause your QB is mid….. hope he goes pro for UTs sake Then Sark should do what is best for the team and give a Lacy a chance if the offense looks putrid against Florida 2 Quote

He inherited a great program, and his success is only coming from hiring NFL OC & DC And before urban, they really only had the one success under tressle, and a lot of mediocre before that they just have never really wandered in the desert Edited 47 minutes ago by HookedOnTF 1 Quote
Jamieson Posted 48 minutes ago Posted 48 minutes ago I said last time sark needs to stay in ten personnel to get manning in a rhythm. More slants quick outs and comeback routes. It’s mostly sarks fault he is trying to adapt the players to the play calls instead of the other way around. Arch needs to man up and ask his uncles for advice he’s constantly staring down receivers not moving the defense with his eyes. This offense has to many stars for this offense to be anemic. Advice to Sark admit your faults and take a look in the mirror like Ryan Day did and just be the head coach and you could be rewarded with a national championship for your sacrifice. Team first everything else doesn’t matter. 1 Quote

nineliveslost Posted 47 minutes ago Posted 47 minutes ago Just now, HookedOnTF said: Do you know if KJ and Bell can execute Sark's playbook? Sark's playbook is the problem. He smashes square pegs into round holes. He doesnt adjust to his talent he demands his talent adjust to his playbook. 3 Quote

If the offense requires Tom Brady to work we might be waiting forever. 1 Quote
tedsel76 Posted 42 minutes ago Posted 42 minutes ago I just don’t understand how in less than a month we’ve gone from “winners win baby, you gotta go for it” to whatever the hell that was on 4th & 2. That’s each of the last 2 losses in this game where Sark has been asked if he is man or mouse and he has picked mouse twice. Just don’t get why he turns conservative in this spot Quote

They doubled him and held like crazy all over. The defense didn’t lose that one at all. He had two sacks. We gave them 14 points directly from turnovers/special teams and another 3 off of a turnover. Plus the refs gave them their only offensive td with that trash DPI and roughing the passer call. @Jeff Howe is spot on that loss was earned by Texas. 1 Quote
Clifton Posted 41 minutes ago Posted 41 minutes ago This IMO is the worst loss since Sark took over. I know Florida was bad last year, but you had a double digit lead. Arch made mistakes, but Sark week in and week out makes odd choices given situations. The blocked punt was pseudo because he was so aggressive down in his own 10. An embarrassing loss. 1 Quote
