Breezey A LH4LIFE Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago I just want to hear people’s thoughts on this offense. I believe Wingo, Moseley, Coleman, and bishop shouldn’t come off the field. We need to go more tempo and give arch more quick game. Also I’m sorry, but there is no way cooper doesn’t get the ball the 2nd half when he gets the most rushing yards all game on 1 drive. Quote
PushFade Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago (edited) It's year 6 under Sark and we don't have one. Sark runs an offense that he wants to run regardless of whether or not his players can execute it. The only time where we consistently move the ball is in 10 personnel where Arch has easy reads and hot routes. Edited 1 hour ago by PushFade 4 Quote

Moderators CJ Vogel Posted 1 hour ago Moderators Posted 1 hour ago The identity is that they are very quick. Quick to get off the field for another punt. 5 8 1 Quote

I don’t know. @CJ Vogeli believe or another reporter was going to ask at the press conference. It’s just my opinion though that drive from Cooper made him look like our best RB. We don’t have someone that runs that hard and fast that moves the pile. I just don’t get it Edited 1 hour ago by Breezey A LH4LIFE Quote

I just don’t get it I have not hard anything about injuries, my original takeaway was Texas got out of Saturday pretty healthy. I doubt we hear anyhting from Sark regarding any injury/health updates too. "Wait till the injury report" will be the answer. 1 Quote

TCope111 Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago All the talk from Sark about his mentors having influence on how he does things. He needs to watch how often Saban saw the writing on the wall and made changes. Change players, change coordinators, change schemes. Adapt to your team’s personnel and strengths. 2 Quote

We are not a power run team. We are finesse and that okay. We have elite speed going 4 wide. Check the ball down and quick game. Slants, bubbles, hitches. Then take your deep shots when you feel it. It can’t be this complicated. Our O-line is giving arch time to throw. We have a better run game than last year with better backs. So what’s the problem? The OC Quote
DanielOnorato Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago No identity. The RB who left is thriving at Kentucky as the rbs we brought in combined don't have Baxters production. Hard headed offensive play caller or doesn't take the simple plays and constantly has his QBs with their backs against the wall due to inconsistent running calls, late developing routes/plays with out hot routes available for when teams overwhelm them with the blitz. 3 Quote

JMarquette Posted 54 minutes ago Posted 54 minutes ago It’s actually unbelievable to me that sark hasn’t like set up 5 plays that are the “bread and butter”. Our offense is basically just a Chili’s menu - a bunch of random food items that can vary significantly from day to day, mostly averaging out at meh. 1 Quote

Moderators Jeff Howe Posted 44 minutes ago Moderators Posted 44 minutes ago In all seriousness, the identity of the offense is living and dying with Arch's playmaking ability. It worked against Ohio State. It didn't work yesterday. 2 Quote

NTX_Horn Posted 34 minutes ago Posted 34 minutes ago There is none. My preference has always been backs like Kewan Lacy, or Georgia/Alabama type backs. Cooper fits that type. Don’t like these 5’9-5’10 under 200lb backs. Give me a physical run game with a mobile QB with play action, roll outs, tunnel screens. Control the game. Hate these long developing plays. Sark wants to be pretty and finesse and take long shots down the field. Problem is, the OL can’t consistently move/protect. Quote
