He doesn’t owe us? Maybe

is he paid with tuition and tax dollars ? Of so hi ultimate employer is not just del conte but also all of us

maybe he doesn’t owe us details but to act like he’s not making mistakes is weak

His replies juat lack awareness

His replies could never appease you. It’d be dumb for him to sit there and say he suck’s.

The problem is we arent seeing changes to win games. He owes us wins, not words.

He doesn’t owe wins. I’ll take em tho

he owes us an excellent product

if he doesn’t want to use his high priced tools correctly. We can ask why

So you’re just a contrarian. Got it.

Of course he owes us wins. It is literally the primary reason a coach keeps or loses his job. Ever see a Bill Belichick press conference? He waxed poetic while fielding media questions.

Great question and Sark knows the answer.  Hes just not going to pur Arch on the sacrificial alter.  Weve all seen that Arch gets in his own head so to save whatever shred of confidence he has he is gonna take the daggers.

@CJ Vogel asked about the defensive pressures and adjustments, hot reads, and whether Sark is seeing enough quicks and hots and adjustments from Arch.

He then gives a little word salad, then says he thinks he -(Arch) does what he's asked to do on particular plays, and that the question is vague.

No, that was a weak answer to a great question.

So now we know he's not seeing the field; neither is he able to audible. Even worse, Sark is NOT getting Arch and the offense out of bad looks.

Sark is saying it without saying it, and will die on this hill.

I'm convinced that if we do not see changes on Saturday, we are cooked with Sark.

I want to see him do well, but he's doubling down and not seeing that we have a major issue here.

We can't underestimate  CDC in this drama.  We haven't heard that much from him, but I will guarantee he will make a move - or several - if this trend continues.  At the end of the day, Coach is an employee.  If you aren't functioning at a high level, if you aren't doing your job and are relying on subpar fellow employees, the days are numbered.  Here's hoping he will pull his head out and lead us to victory.  HookEm.

Coming to this late...

But a QB isn't just supposed to do "what he's asked to do".

He's supposed to have enough football IQ, savvy and instincts as a veteran QB to be able to call things in live action on his own.

Colt did it. Vince did it. Sam & Quinn did it.

Arch hasn't shown that ability at all.

It's disturbing to think about and frustrating to observe.

He isn’t going to tell people publicly in the middle of the damn season what Arch is or isn’t doing at the line of scrimmage. Opponents listen to these press conferences. He isn’t going to throw his QB under the bus.

It ain’t that serious.

That cat's way out of the bag.  They have all the film they need.  He's being exposed and he's embarrassed.  I'm not sure he even knows what to do at this point.  But bullshit coach speak just makes him look worse.

@CJ Vogel following up on Sark deflecting your good questions, maybe ask something like this:

what stats are you most focused on improving, statistically, on offense - as specific examples, out of 138 D1 teams here is how Joel Klatt framed our offense this week:

Ouch. Triple digits across the board for some bad ratings on an offense that on paper should be doing a hell of a lot better than that.
