_everyoneshere Posted April 15 Posted April 15 Decided to see if there were any late night portal entries, don't know if he's SEC level-has Tenn and Miss St offers, so possibly. But HOLY BEVO can he move, just wanted y'all to see this play. Drops back, hunts and demolishes the QB. D2 All American at West Liberty prior to Ohio. Former HS QB 😳kept that athleticism and speed at his size. High character outside of football, think that's a culture fit for Sark and UT. Wherever he goes, he'll be a wrecker. https://ohiobobcats.com/news/2024/8/21/football-fall-camp-cam-rices-community-impact.aspx 3 1 Quote

Wonder if Nagy will tell Venables they need to stop overpaying Damonic Williams and R Mason Thomas so they can get some guys on offense, to say nothing of cutting lose an overpaid WR who never manages to play in games. A complete offensive redo, with completely new offensive players is not going to go as well as people think. Plus they lost a lot on D, too. Plus they have the same coaches from last year outside of Arbuckle (OC), and he brought over his QB coach. 1 Quote

I'm guessing they will do what Damonic and Addison did.. take a couple visits along with ou and at the end of them, sign with ou. Nagy doing it right with these two Quote
Noah Posted April 15 Posted April 15 (edited) Trebor Pena is a great player. i know we aren’t looking for another WR as of right now, but someone like Pena would be a great fit. Edited April 15 by Noah 1 Quote

Peña primarily plays the slot. Now that we have Mosley, Moore, and McCutcheon in the slot, seems very unlikely we would target Pena. Too bad because I think he is definitely better than Mosley. 1 Quote

Moderators CJ Vogel Posted April 15 Author Moderators Posted April 15 We will see if Texas pursues another WR or not. But I’ve called for a Silas Bolden-like WR in this portal window. If there is one close to that, it would be Quaron Adams. 30.0+ yards per reception. 9 1 Quote

Might need to hire Marshawn Lynch to be their next RB coach That program does not take football seriously one bit. They reap what they sow. 1 Quote
