Exactly running out of excuses for now 😭 . Just stop paying attention until signing say is now the moral of the story. Nobody knows s hit about recruiting in this post House era .

There's no spin here. There was no spin last year either. Or the year before that.

Texas will continue to recruit hard and see where the chips fall. Acting like this is some sort of death spiral is nonsensical.

So far, we got 2 of the players who were planning on committing in June and July. Not good. Teams are taking our NIL lunch money, and stuffing us in in our locker. If other teams seemingly figured out third party NIL before us, that's unacceptable and needs to be rectified quickly. We are in a new age of NIL, and right now Texas is not in the fight.

We lost on TWO legacy recruits and now recruits like Ojo are just toying with us.

Trust in Sark. July ain’t December. We’ve seen that time and time again. I’ll be blaring this song all December long when we close with a top 5 class and are looking at our 3rd straight playoff. Maybe some of y’all will remember Sark has been “Him” all along.

Other schools have not figured anything out yet, other than they’re willing to lie and/or openly break the rules.

Read this article from today and you’ll get a better sense of the bs that is out there.

Just my two cents… this is a completely new landscape so I understand the urgency and fear in some fans, but also just like any other year, let’s focus on the bigger picture and give the staff a chance to handle business like they have. My main problem in all this is Texas fans coming off as whiny. If other universities are actually cheating, then lets just play it out and reap the benefits down the road from those institutions downfalls if things will truly be handled as they should regarding the House Settlement.

Staff:

Most cycles, it seems like a head coach event at another school (retirement, firing, promotion, hot seat) really benefits Texas via decommitments.

Mario Cristobal leaving Oregon in 21, Saban retiring, the '25 Florida class, etc.

Which schools' recruits might Texas really need to hang around the rim for this year?

I ask because we have been #2 so often with elite recruits this cycle.
