jkates Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago (edited) Meh. The headlines are fun, but these things always take negotiation and settlement. The headline is more dramatic than the reality of the situation. Edited 4 hours ago by jkates Quote
Quinncent McManning, Jr. Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago (edited) Should have been fired for these dance moves honestly Edited 4 hours ago by Quinncent McManning, Jr. 1 3 Quote

There are no negotiations, unless they are firing him for cause, which is looks like they completely messed up that process, then Kelly is owed the full buyout amount to be paid in the manner in which the contract stated. LSU and their officials thought they'd be able to negotiate a smaller deal, that is failure on them. Now they are back tracking trying to find ways to reduce that payout. Technically you are probably correct. But you can never forget that the party is in Louisianna. It will probably have an LSU alum as judge and everyone in the jury wearing purple and gold. This will not be an issue of Spanish law..................this will be LSU law. 1 Quote
