    Pretty much. I don't see a playmaker anywhere. LSU may or may not be good but Clemson is terrible.

    changing demographics have killed a lot of good TXHSFB programs in Texas. Aldine, Irving, Permian, etc. But I think another big part is how concentrated the talent is now in areas like DFW, Houston, etc. I look at teams like North Crowley that are just loaded at every position and other programs, too. None of the West Texas teams really stand a chance against those teams anymore. A few years back we'd run into North Crowley in the 2nd round, they'd dog walk us. Before that it was Arlington Martin (when they were still good), they'd dog walk us and then before that it was SLC and Euless Trinity and you can imagine what happened there lol. I also think because of the massive growth in Texas, there's way more schools and it spreads more of the talent out.

    My Permian Panthers hold on for the win against Harker Heights 45-38. Got a little sloppy in that 2nd half and gave up some big scores but glad to get the W against a talented Harker Heights squad.

    If Muschamp is as involved in recruiting as we've heard, I'm not worried about losing out on defensive talent. Because he'll get his pick of who he wants both in the HS ranks and the portal. With the NIL backing and hopefully play on the field.

    Stanford never stood a chance but the QB for them has been good, just not much help from those around him.

    Not sure if they have anyone who can cover him regardless.

    UTEP did lose a lot from last years squad, but at the end of the day, it's UTEP. They should be doing this. We had an ugly game against them last year. We'll see how they do against Michigan next week, should give us a better indication.

    Why are local judges allowed to decide these things? It's clear they're just getting judges who are LSU homers to put things in their favor. Just an absolute sh*t show. After this is all said and done, heavy sanctions on LSU from now until the end of time lol.
