The TV crew claimed that it is legal as long as they don't jump over the line of scrimmage, but I don't think that is accurate. Those should have been delay of game on the defense.

I think in the Tennessee game, we got a PF on one of our DEs for hitting the QB in the head after they tried to block the pass? It was a totally incidental play, and we still got the PF.
