The TV crew claimed that it is legal as long as they don't jump over the line of scrimmage, but I don't think that is accurate. Those should have been delay of game on the defense.

Arch got hit in face twice , once refs made him sit out a play. Watch M Terry two runs. Both he got hit helmet to helmet. Arch in Miss State last year got knocked out of game with helmet to helmet , no call, Not this crew i don't think. Got targeted in playoff game against Ohio State late. Herbie ignored that on replay and started lobbying for a fumble. That was why he was not in game on one yard line and first and goal and may have cost us the game. I think in the Tennessee game, we got a PF on one of our DEs for hitting the QB in the head after they tried to block the pass? It was a totally incidental play, and we still got the PF. Yet Arch gets hit in the head with a helmet and no call. That inconsistency makes you want to throw the remote at the TV or stomp on the bleachers. The constant blown movement calls, with Ole Miss clearly coming forward across the LOS, also pissed me off. You could tell Sark was bewildered by the calls because he was constantly arguing with the Side Judge.
