Texas will host Rutgers CB Bo Mascoe on Monday for a visit. 

Mascoe was an All-Big Ten Honorable Mention in 2025 and was recruited by Mark Orphey originally to Rutgers.

CJ will y’all ever do a write up on how the $40 million was spent this year? It just seems absurd to have watched the OL, the RBs, the WRs etc. and it makes me wonder exactly where that money went? Is that the fault of Sark or Brandon Harris?

If you want the tldr, too much of that money was spent on WRs that didn’t see the field.

Hopefully whatever failures from this past year were recognized and Harris/ Sark learned from it

Few Freshman WR are ready to start.  Worthy was an exception.  Livingstone sat out a year rehabilitation, so this was in effect his freshman year.

Thanks @CJ Vogel, spot on. Reality is 2025 NIL was investment in the future team (one) and a miscalc on the returning players’ readiness this year (2). Both can be true.

On to 2026. Magical season loading.

Does anyone see the problem here? Why is it so upsetting to this guy, that a Longhorn fan might be worried about someone not doing their job evaluating talent and the dispersing of funds. It’s been reported by different people we had the most expensive roster, so how in the hell did we have 3 to 4 glaring holes?

It’s very doubtful we had the most expensive roster. And please take note . I did not say you were a troll i simply asked. your comments were seemingly negative when you questioned or accused a coach or general Manager not doing their job. Hopefully you are a fan & will take a more positive attitude in the future. It is obvious that our HC is going all in for 2026 . This should make you very excited looking forward to this coming season. “Hookem “
