Dia Bell Update

OTF exchanged messages with a member of Dia Bell's circle.

As everyone knows, he didn't take part in the spring practice Saturday. He was suited out, tried to warm up, but couldn't push off left side and rotate.

OTF was told he took a hard hit (not on purpose) in Thursday's practice to his shin/calf.

He will be fine, just bad luck on timing of the minor injury.

He's expected to be fine per the person in his circle.

I get it wasn’t super serious  but man he seems so injury prone

First collegiate opportunity in front of fans and a shin bruise gonna make a “business” decision.  Yellow flag is up.

Yeah, that’s not it at all. Texas had him in a boot heavily wrapped

I agree. For your viewing pleasure he should risk an injury. Especially in April. Cut him and save the money.

I was disappointed overall. They used pads and helmets. Texas soft is back. Amirite?

F off with this. We don't play injured players in practice.

I was (unfortunately) thinking the same thing.  Might need to get him rested and rehabbed.

In the immortal words of Cris Carter....C'mon Man!!!  🤪

Gotta be better, more classy than this.  Would have been silly to try and push through legit lower leg injury for final day of spring 'practice' in front of fans.  Heal it up, get ready for the summer.

I’m great bro.  Just finished 18 but had a minor shin/calf bruise on the front 9 from a wayward second that ricochet off a tree into my shin/calf so I put on a heavily wrapped boot for my MINOR injury to finish strong.
Stellar contradictory clickbait on this one, I mean reporting..
