I don’t think Texas Tech has positioned themselves well at all for an invitation into a super conference unless we’re well past 40 teams.

They are also defending themselves by saying that are not part of the lawsuit, but they were the ones who filed the original paperwork to get him reinstated.  Also, as pointed out Sorsby has repented and admitted his faults, but only after he was caught.  I also wonder about legal action such as him betting in Texas, betting under age, and also it seems there may have been some interstate issues.
