OTFBrandon Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago What’s a cup of Kool-Aid you guys are willing to drink this year about this Texas team. Mine is believing that the overall discipline of the team penalty wise has improved dramatically. 4 Quote
Shane Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago I’ll agree with your cup of kool-Aid and add it’ll be an historic Texas offense. 1 Quote

Bunk Moreland Posted 52 minutes ago Posted 52 minutes ago Mine is that the whole country has overcorrected on this Texas team from a year ago. Every criticism of the team feels like nitpicking—every team has weaknesses and gaps, but UT’s feel comparatively small. This feels like a deep, experienced, and Uber-talented group that can match up against literally anyone in the country. I think we are going to surprise people with how explosive we are on both sides of the ball. 9 Quote
Dawson Yarbrough Posted 45 minutes ago Posted 45 minutes ago Defensive front 7. I think they will be relentless in wave after wave of depth. A great mix of experience and young talent! 4 Quote

hookem1014 Posted 44 minutes ago Posted 44 minutes ago I’ll go ahead and say it. The offensive line will be much improved across the board and depth wise. 2 Quote
drag worm Posted 40 minutes ago Posted 40 minutes ago Mine is situational and emotional, as is the case with drinking the Kool-aid. We come out and finally dominate an early OOC team in Texas State and then win the Ohio State game, completely blowing open the floodgates on the potential of this team. Quote
HornyProgrammer Posted 36 minutes ago Posted 36 minutes ago My Kool-Aid is similar to others in terms of "overcorrection", but specifically that we're going to dominate many good teams that people think will be close/rock fights - in particular Ohio State. A combination of home turf, extremely hot temps that our team is used to and a significantly improved roster makes me really believe that we could blow them out by 2 scores or more. Everyone was singing Patricia's praises last year but he had generational defensive players in his backfield - he could simply let them play and they would make him look good. I think we're going to destroy Tennessee and Oklahoma this year. 1 Quote
HookEmLonghorns Posted 15 minutes ago Posted 15 minutes ago Explosive plays will be at a level we haven’t seen in recent memory. Texas will never be “out” of a game because we’ll have the ability to rack up points extremely quickly. Why? Can Coleman and Ryan Wingo (and potentially Bishop) are elite, and Arch is a deep ball junkie. Opposing defenses have to put enough guys on the WRs to not get torched deep. So Hollywood and Raleek - both known to be explosive- are gonna eat. Arch has legs too. I’m expecting way more highlight plays this year. Quote
4thandFive Posted 11 minutes ago Posted 11 minutes ago (edited) Kool-Aid? Sark finally has an offense capable of hanging 40-50 on anybody. Edited 11 minutes ago by 4thandFive 1 Quote
tedsel76 Posted 11 minutes ago Posted 11 minutes ago I'll stick with the defensive side of the ball but I'll go more big picture. I am drinking the Muschamp kool-aid. I think the defense will be improved on a havoc basis, and even if they give up a couple more ppg, they'll more than make up for it with turnovers created Quote
