I don’t believe in overreactions and QB does take time to develop. Having said that i would now be rather. surprised to see Arch be a good to great QB. He just hasn’t show a feel for the position and I don’t have confidence he will. 
 

Don’t know what Lacey and Bell have looked like in practice though.
