Not too shabby 😂 Just checked on the half-rack in my back yard and I think the small ones are probably 5 lbs, so 505 lbs total? Here are pics I just took of the 45 + 25, then the 45 + 10 + 5 on my bar. I know the plate size can vary a lot, the commercial gym I use has Rogue plates where the 10 lb plate is the same diameter as a 45 lb plate, but for just 'normal' weights I'd guess 5 lb Edited February 4 by ArizonaLonghorn Quote
