I quoted one of the turd's posts.  I told him that I thought he was a shill for Charlie Strong by some of the comments he made.  Not real inflammatory.  

At the time, I had about 6 months left on an annual sub.  He didn't just ban me for a week like Ketch would have done.  You know, where I could read and not post.  No that fat POS just cut my sub off.  I couldn't even read the content that I had paid for.  What a phucking loser.  (Just changed my mind.  I wouldn't punch his face.  I'd rather kick him in the balls.)

Just checked on the half-rack in my back yard and I think the small ones are probably 5 lbs, so 505 lbs total? 

Here are pics I just took of the 45 + 25, then the 45 + 10 + 5 on my bar.  I know the plate size can vary a lot, the commercial gym I use has Rogue plates where the 10 lb plate is the same diameter as a 45 lb plate, but for just 'normal' weights I'd guess 5 lb
