GoHorns1 Posted 10 hours ago Posted 10 hours ago The judge will NOT approve the House Settlement as currently written. She has issues with roster size. Sorry can’t copy X link since I refuse to give any money to Musk. 2 5 1 1 1 Quote

Jeff05 Posted 9 hours ago Posted 9 hours ago (edited) “U.S. District Judge Claudia Wilken signaled she is ready to approve the rest of the settlement but wants both sides to come up with a way to not harm current athletes who will lose their spots on teams. The settlement calls for scholarship limits to be replaced by roster limits.” https://www.espn.com/college-sports/story/_/id/44823761/judge-delays-house-settlement-approval-roster-limits Edited 9 hours ago by Jeff05 1 1 Quote

GoHorns1 Posted 9 hours ago Author Posted 9 hours ago Here’s my non legal idea. First limit the number of years of eligibility to 5 with NO exceptions for all sports. Second allow all the walkons to remain on the rosters for remaining years of their 5 year eligibility rule. Make the suggested roster limits effective in five years when all the walkons eligibility has expired. 1 Quote

Ace Recruiter Posted 9 hours ago Posted 9 hours ago Putting the genie back in the bottle will be damn near impossible. NCAA needs to go away. They do very little that's positive and have been stripped of any actual power. 1 2 Quote
