Beard N Balls Bundle Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago https://youtu.be/1YpDmTEErdg?si=4RV_MS60JPHtqaEf Brooks Austin says his phone is blowing up with messages from the coaching world saying Georgia is going to steamroll us. Time for Texas to prove them wrong. Hook ‘em!🤘 Quote

Bunk Moreland Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago That’s honestly the vibe I feel right now. It’s up to Sark to get these guys dialed in and ready to punch Georgia in the mouth repeatedly over four quarters. 2 Quote

Have you seen Texas play this entire year - other than against Vandy? I predicted Georgia 34 - Texas 17/ Texas is weak on the OL and won't be able to run on Georgia (we haven't been able to run on anyone). That will allow them to pick their pressures/coverages to confuse Arch. Texas has been picked apart by lesser QBs and Stockton can scramble and hit the short throws. They can nickel and dime their way down the field if they want. You still have to play the game, but it's not surprising someone thinks Georgia will kill Texas... 1 Quote

alrightalrightalright Posted 59 minutes ago Posted 59 minutes ago We tend to show up in shock the world moments. Doesn’t mean we always win, but we come to play and hold our own. Too much talent and this version of the program has culture too. 1 Quote

Anything can happen but an honest and true evaluation does not lead one to believe Georgia will kill Texas. I am not a true believer in the Texas Oline, but a true analysis would reveal that Brooks was the weakest link. Go figure. It was reported here that he had no work at G prior to being inserted. I don’t anticipate a great rushing performance but that’s not needed if we work our passing game appropriately. It is a smaller sample but no one has picked Texas apart when at full strength. Not Ohio State. Not OU. And of the lesser teams - not SJSU. So we shall see on that front. I’m not sure Georgia has seen a front capable of creating pressure like Texas. Kentucky had success, but 13 points. This Texas is likely its healthiest all season. There’s a good chance this is the most equipped OLine we have had all season. The Oline, QB, WRs have had 3/4 of a season to see what defenses will throw at them. We shall see. Quote

Film guy says that the coaches he is hearing from are giving different reasons. I don’t think many are giving us a chance in this game. We need to go punch them in the mouth and shock the football world 1 Quote
GetHooked Posted 11 minutes ago Posted 11 minutes ago I remember when we didn't have a chance against Nebraska in the first Big 12 Championship game. Also, we were going to get plowed under by Southern Cal and their 2 Heisman winners. 1 Quote
