    Justus mentioned the inviting depth chart. Could it be that the business decision was to come to Texas and play early and make an impact to help him make it to the NFL. Could it be that a major metropolitan area can open up a ton of business opportunities not just while Justus is in college, but also for the next 30 years of his life. There are so many former UT players that have come back to the Austin area and built successful businesses. Comparing the # of draft picks Texas has had since 2010 has no relevance to Justus. This staff nas shown they are developing players as well as any school in the country.

    Something you never want to hear your head coach say after a game. Damn it was great to physically dominate the Aggies on their home field with the sec championship game in the line. All the bitching and moaning by the ags about us joining the sec. Year 1 we are in championship game while they get to watch the championship game for the 13th straight year without an appearance.

    They have 2 weeks to prepare for us. Arkansas ambassador been hot and cold. I guarantee you they will be at a frenzy for our game.

    There is no limit on unofficial visits. He visited the RRS and he is coming to the Tx/Ga game. There are several players visiting for the Tx/Ga game they have already visited for Texas games this year.

    I love an ass kicking if the defending national champs on their home field. Not to mention their 23 game home winning streak and beating an iconic program. Be happy for the day

    I actually wish we were pushing. Would like a 10.7 100m safety that is physical. Utah does a great job with evals.

    Nil makes it a lot easier to skip the baseball draft. I assume he gets a cut of football nil and baseball since he is duel sport. He can go to college and obtain good nil. He can assess which sport works out best for him in college. This gives him optionality.

    It seemed like he spend 0 time preparing for his speech. Just got up and tried to wing it.

    We just came off of a conf championship, playoff appearance and incredible draft. We are now entering a the SEC and will play in incredible environments. Culture on the team is great and UT and Austin offers great academics, and a great city. Not sure what else is going to convince him. Ohio St can check off the box on many of the same areas, although Columbus is not Austin. However, USC has a a lot of questions. The problem is we don’t know the true motivator behind his decision. How much does NIL play a factor and what are NIL opportunities at Ohio St and USC vs Texas.

    You understand that NIL is not coming from the school.

    The reality is NIl is a major component in a lot of the super blue recruitments. It has become a lot less about the school, the coaches etc. We have good NIL, but schools like Ohio State and Oregon have shown they will pay above what other schools are paying.
