    I think he’ll do better. Hopefully Bing can do better coming out of the pen. We’re going to need Bing eventually.

    Few things I’ve noticed so far this season. Schloss clearly doesn’t have the rule about no facial hair like Pierce did. Schloss wants players to control their emotions. Grubbs and Harrison were big emotional guys on the mound last season. Completely different this year. Schloss doesn’t wait hoping a player will come around like Pierce did. If a player like Rodriguez isn’t performing he will replace them. Pitching is the same.

    I’m surprised with the wind blowing out at 30 mph with gusts higher that we don’t have more scoring.

    Never seen a stop in play for a napkin delay. Wind gust picked up a bunch of napkins from Illinois dugout and filled the air with hundreds of napkins.
