Are you two guys genuinely trolling me or what?
Facts?
I'm the one claiming that a guy that started 2 seasons already and is looking to go away for more money isn0t gonna have the same mindset as Burrow or Daniels to even make it possible to have such a jump in development and your whole argument is "One guy in history did it before so yeah Sam Leavitt is gonna do it"

You called him overrated. I provided facts supporting the fact that he was statistically better than Joe Borrow at the same points in their career. I told you to be careful on the "overrated" comment. I never claimed or even insinuated he would make a leap like Borrow did. I do expect him to be formidable at LSU because the talent and coach always produce that. This isn't complicated. When or if he goes to LSU and balls out, come back and get your helping of crow and try to leave your emotions out of it.

I'll call him whatever I want lmao, this is a message board about Texas football if I want to say that Leavitt is overrated and he isn't worth 4 million dollars and he'll never do what Joe Burrow did, I can.

Never expected two Texas fans to get so emotional about criticism of a guy that's leaving the program that gave him his chance, when MSU didn't want him, just to make a quick buck lol

Again, please stop replying and keeping this useless argument going, you think he's gonna have meteoric rise, that maybe only one guy in history has ever had, and I don't, that's it.

That scene where the lady Bunk goes home with has to call McNulty to come get him because he was so wasted that he actually set his clothes on fire since he was worried about the clothes smelling like "cheating"... is an all-time scene

How are they already trending for someone when the portal isn't even open yet?

Starts with "tamp". Ends with "ering".

This isn’t the thread for it, but is anyone able to explain the NIL news today with Utah?

It's a very interesting idea with potentially serious drawbacks. The university basically forms a company (Utah Brands and Entertainment) with the PE firm and that company's board has the Utah AD as head. Utah does not have the alumni/donor funds that some other big schools have so they are leaning on essentially PE management of revenue rights to increase generation of said funds. $500 million is a lot of estimated funds. That PE firm is all sports exec people, so they know how the game works. Not your run of the mill PE firm.

Utah is a state school so I'm curious if the final version makes it past the BOR or runs into state legislature roadblocks. I see that coaching staffs and revenue sharing distribution(s) remain under university control so the PE can't "fire" them or allocate RS payouts but that doesn't mean they can't influence decisions heavily. Curious how this works out if it comes to fruition.

it's great.  My favorite scene with him has to be the F**K scene where him and mcnulty solve a case just saying the word. They were able to communicate everything through inflection on that one word and it was mastery

Leavitt is overrated af.

I really don't care about Leavitt or talking about Leavitt and showed as much three hours ago.

And you're STILL going... what's your problem dude?
Can't handle people having different opinions on a MESSAGE BOARD about a player that has nothing to do with Texas?
Goodbye and hope you have a good rest of your day, for the third time.

Cool, I'm not a leavitt fan. Posted the article because you acted like burrow was doing all the things he did in his senior year prior to that which isn't true. Do I anticipate Leavitt to improve like Burrow? No.

Was Burrow as good as Leavitt as a freshman and sophomore? No.

No one anticipated Burrow developing like he did, I've never seen a case like his at the collegiate level. Merely average then a senior year on a GOAT level.

Joe Brady gave Burrow the offense with which he could succeed. Burrow was a German recruit at anOSU.  Meyer did not like him.
