No13Seed Jim Posted Saturday at 09:57 PM Posted Saturday at 09:57 PM If Sark has the gonads to let go of a solid Grade B DC, Venables and Elko should step up and replace Grade B QBs if they are serious in 2026. I hope they don't. Unless they both want to keep Grade B offenses. Or maybe switch to the Wishbone. 2 Quote
John F. Posted Saturday at 10:02 PM Posted Saturday at 10:02 PM Absolutely not. Those teams play each other next year, and I need to see that epic INT battle 2 4 Quote
Moderators CJ Vogel Posted Saturday at 10:07 PM Moderators Posted Saturday at 10:07 PM Reed has a ridiculous NIL ask out for A&M right now. If it is met, it will significantly hamstring the Aggies both on the field and with their wallets. I have no reason to think he won't return currently. 9 13 Quote
chennups Posted Saturday at 10:15 PM Posted Saturday at 10:15 PM You really think they’ll move on from reed? I think he stays despite not being elite. Quote

Aggy’s going to Jimbo themselves with Reed’s NIL. 3 4 Quote
Here for the Wins Posted Saturday at 10:27 PM Posted Saturday at 10:27 PM Those decisions on Reed and Mateer should be based on dollars. A&M needs to restock the Oline. Not sure on OU, but they need to improve there though. How much will they cost? How much do the alternatives cost? It’s pretty simple. You win upfront. People will soil their drawers about an aggressive defense, but the more often you can win upfront with 4 you’ll be far better off. Collin Simmons, Ethan Burke, Barryn Sorrell are the types you need. You need those guys that are multifunctional that need not be schemed free. There aren’t just a ton of those guys out there. There was quite a bit of hype on the WRs in today’s game, but their impact was modest. 1 Quote
Jordan91 Posted yesterday at 12:19 AM Posted yesterday at 12:19 AM Why in the world are we trying to help sheep herders and land thieves? I thought this was a Longhorn site! 5 1 Quote

I thought this was a Longhorn site! Seriously. I think those teams are doing just fine. They were both in the playoffs this year and we weren’t. They clearly need to just double down on everything next year. Extend the coaches. More nil to their star qbs and stellar kickers. Bring in more rbs through the portal and then don’t play them. More milkmen and ruffnecks. More 50 cent and mo bamba. 2 2 Quote
HenryJames Posted 10 hours ago Posted 10 hours ago A&M and OU should trade QBs and see if anyone notices. 1 1 Quote

harveycmd Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Criminal and Aggie chumps don't matter. We need Arch to just kick butt. This be like Kobe from 2000-2010. Best player in the world every year during that time but they kept giving MVP to Duncan , Nash, Rose, or Nowitzki. "The best basketball player of the 2000-2010 decade is widely considered to be Kobe Bryant, due to his scoring dominance (including an 81-point game), clutch performances, multiple championships (especially after Shaq), MVP award, and influence." https://www.youtube.com/shorts/VRlVPoh1MNM Quote
