Lmao! She is no insider at all! She surfs every message board possible and tries to post before the sites. If you wanna see her split personality, check her out on X where she has been clowning Texas all week and what a joke of a program they are…@Texblonde05

Is what it is. Think they told him he has a place if he'd take a pay cut. If we wanted to keep a bigger pack from last year I would've preferred Gibson.

I’m sure that was the convo, good kid to have in the program though.

For sure, in this new era of CFB we'll see more and more of this happen unfortunately.

On a day like today (Sunday January 11,2026) it’s worth mentioning:

Alabama, smarting from their loss to Texas in men’s Basketball…today lost their high prospect in Cam Coleman to Texas…and 45 minutes later Alabama lost their high end RB Hollywood Smothers to Texas.

(I know how they feel…like 2 yrs ago it seemed Oregon was taking all Texas high prospects/commits)

After the fireworks yesterday, do either of the Mich OLs reconsider their decisions (if they haven’t signed) seeing Texas truly is ALL IN for 2026?

playing with your friends is nice, but if you go 9-4, will you regret not playing in the CFP?

anyone should see Texas is 2 IOL away from having a nearly unstoppable offense.

If not, I think the staff knows 1-2 guys who may enter the portal that they feel comfortable with.

Those guys are locked in to Michigan

@Gerry Hamilton Does Texas have any OL candidates that they are still watching to enter the portal that they have their eyes on? There are only 2-3 I think they would have interest in currently in the portal now.

@Gerry Hamilton @Bobby Burton I mentioned this in another thread but are you surprised they haven’t tried to bring in the Ohio State RG for a visit? He was all big-10 this year and apparently wants to play in the SEC. He’s visited 4-5 SEC schools already.

Without knowing his NIL ask, and if it's even realistic, hard to say for me.

There have been a few guys that want a guaranteed starting position if they came to Texas … Texas passed on them

Wild times in the portal lol

Cheers OTF.  What a day to be a longhorn just cracked open my beer and wanted to apologize for being a As* on the all in. It was a rough week but starting yesterday it’s been a great 48 hours. Hope everyone has a great night. Everyone but that Aggie Gerry 🤘🤘🤘

You were just fine, Joe.

Lookit - this was a relatively new experience for all of us, and we had NO idea what the dynamics were going to be.  At least as fans we had no idea.  Emotions ran amok.

Oh - BTW - I splurged and bought a case of State Fair corn dawgs.  What's Gerrah's address?

1 EDGE, LB ... not necessarily thumper, 1-2 OL

1-2 OL?
So if Bennett committs that could be it?
No offense to those guys but a Yale Tackle and a depth piece at Guard from Oregon State doesn't sound like rebuilding the OL from a terrible, TERRIBLE year.
It better be 2 with one being a surefire starter, not just a guy that's gonna compete for the job.

Don't want to sound like I'm complaining but after all the success we've had in the portal it would be comical to waste all of it because of another year of lackluster OL play.
I like the Yale tackle and the Oregon State guy... we need one guy that's gonna come in and be the starter. Whether it's at RT or LG or RG I don't care.

I have been a critic of Sark’s scheme for a while and believe it is too finesse oriented and requires elite talent to succeed.  It invites a lot of penalties.  Sark has doubled down this portal on offensive finesse players.  We will see if his gamble pays off and I damn sure hope it does, but we have got to have the other half of the equation where we can grind people to dust and destroy their will with power run.  I hope we get some players who can do that so we will be able to play true complimentary football.
