It depends on how long Goosby is out. If going to be a couple of weeks or even days, there’s no need to start shuffling guys around for the sake of it. Let Siani and Baker continue to work together to keep building the right side of the line.

That's probably what I would do as well. At least give Coleman more time and work at LT and see what he can do. Of course, we are talking about protecting the blinkside of one of the most vauable football players in the NCAA as well.

So the good news is it is not season ending.  But  depending on the severity of the bruise it could be 5-6 weeks . Or less who knows  now without more info. Of course he will get the best care so hopefully that timeline is on the lower end.  Pretty painful injury though for sure.

I need an Orthopedic surgeon to tell me Gooseby will play this season—that he will be ok.

Next, I need a psychotherapist to calm me down, pull me back from the cliff and tell me I will be ok this CFB season.

Most of these guys (especially the upper classmen) don't have to go to class often if at all from what I've seen. Mostly online classes.

This is about as good an outcome as Texas could have hoped for once Goosby went down. A bone bruise from a hyperextension, with no reported ACL/MCL/meniscus damage, changes this from a potentially season-altering injury into a temporary offensive-line management problem.

Would love to see Siani go to Left Tackle and Cojoe Right Tackle (or whoever is deemed best fit). Really want to keep minimal disruption for the rest of the line, OL cohesion critical.
