So much nasty in that defense

Damn Kibe Black is starting at field safety?!?!

Kobe Black surged late in camp

Edited September 5Sep 5 by HookEmLonghorns

Looks like Goosby is gonna play a few downs

Did not expect to see Kobe Black starting at FS based on the overall reports out of camp. Very interesting.

Really happy for Kobe Black

Anyone surprised Jordan Coleman beaten out by Jonte Newman?  No Turntine on the 2 deep?

Kobe Black START

Gerry mentioned Newman was having a good camp. Newman has only worked at right tackle to my knowledge, so it isn't a surprise. Cojoe is the No. 3 tackle regardless of what the depth chart says.

Same

KB with the start?!

Am I the only one that would rather have Jermaine bishop back deep on kickoff return instead of raleek?

Will be interesting to see the rest of the special teams units. Some very talented guys who didn't make the depth chart could still make an impact - if they want to.

Our 5th year senior/pro tryout guy is not listed. How will he be used?

Depth guy at guard or center if he's needed.

Maraad Watson starting over January?

That makes sense. Was he a full time starter last year? If so, maybe it's significant that he's not starting this year.

That is the best looking second team that I have seen in a long time.

Jordan is third team LT and also third team LG.

I mentioned this when this whole thing started, but there's a difference between staying in shape on your and doing what guys like Sikorski and Christian have been doing since January. I don't know that anybody internally expected Hutson to pick up where he left off.

Another surprise for me?

Cole Hutson nowhere on the depth chart.  I would have thought RG #2... .

Not what the depth chart says.

Let’s see what he does today.

Wardell Mack didn’t even make the depth chart
