I would put money on it that Meredith got there and passed him up.

If Sark goes to the NFL in a few years, I understand it now.  Not saying he will, but I get it.

Honest question, has there ever been a successful player who's had a parent like this?

Adam James had quite the career reorganizing closets.

His dad is very articulate & well-spoken. The ALL-CAPS was a nice touch as well. I'm positive this will help his case & allow him to accomplish the goal he set out to achieve. Well done, pops.

Lighten up on Dad.  He had a bad day with his emotions for his son that hopefully doesn't repeat itself, especially for his son's sake.  He's heavily invested in his boy and is worrying too much about his future and being unable to control things for him.  This is a moment to realize it's out of his hands now and up to his son to face the adversity, work even harder and eventually he will rise through it .  Competition is always going to be there at any school and the pain being felt now is just in this season.   Encourage him and be his best cheerleader, but let him face these things knowing he will rise above it in time  and with hard earned character gained in the process.

No I will not lighten up on a 40 something year old man who whines on Twitter.

Had a bad day? He threatened the Texas football program with a tweet that has over 1.5 million views and for all intents and purposes likely ended his son’s career here before it even started.

He did permanent damage.

Same, but I just checked, and it looks like he took the post down sometime today.

Yep, he apparently deleted it. Of course every rival/opponent or Texas hater all have a screenshot by now. Oh well, Sr. Finally got at least some of his sense back somehow.

I'm willing to bet Jr reached out to Sr. and told him to delete the post because he's still on the roster. Very immature for a grown man to crash out on social media about a team his son is still actively playing for. If he does end up transferring, he's going to have a clause in his contract with language for pops.
