Texas fan in Georgia Posted Sunday at 05:14 PM Posted Sunday at 05:14 PM I think it climbs if Colin returns. 1 Quote
Alex Butler Posted Sunday at 06:16 PM Posted Sunday at 06:16 PM Too many points. Their defense is good and our offense is easily defensible. Plus, they’re going to control TOP with their running game. I’ve got very little contin this game especially with injuries all over and the offensive line getting whooped like a red headed step child. 2 Quote
Glass Joe Posted Sunday at 06:23 PM Posted Sunday at 06:23 PM I’d put money on Mizzou and give Texas 3.5 points without hesitation. Dumb line. 4 Quote

mcwast Posted Sunday at 08:23 PM Posted Sunday at 08:23 PM we cannot look at any team’s offensive performance vs any defense as a predictor of our success. it’s shawn watson/tim beck bad this year. 1 Quote

Realist Horn Posted Sunday at 09:58 PM Posted Sunday at 09:58 PM I haven’t checked in a while - what is Texas ATS this year? Cannot be great. I’d take Mizz this weekend if forced to bet. Quote

Because betting lines are set based off of how people are expected to bet and it adjusts based off of where the money is going. It's not really set up that they objectively believe Texas is a 3.5 point favorite Quote

With the exception of the games we were actually supposed to win. For whatever is worth. But I agree with you in theory. Quote
Quinncent McManning, Jr. Posted Sunday at 11:23 PM Posted Sunday at 11:23 PM We might be out all the guys that were hurt in the miss st game. Having Colin back won’t compensate for that. Quote

bourbasted Posted Monday at 04:47 AM Posted Monday at 04:47 AM I rewatched the Arky Missou game. Two things: 1. I don't think Missou is ready for our defense. The aggies are probably the best D they've played this year, but they ain't us. 2. Arky is not a good team and gave up on that game. IF our offense plays at an average level or above, we cover. Have already put my wager in. Quote

Ambassador of Texas Posted 2 minutes ago Posted 2 minutes ago There are always intangibles. I see both defenses dominating this game, so scoring 20 is a W. Under Sark the Horns are much worse offensively on the road, which is hard to imagine this season. And, considering our consistent special teams gaffes, our defense will need a heroic effort - including multiple TO's and possibly points - to pull this one off in Columbia. I feel a long-awaited Mizzou victory this time, 17-13. And the Horns will be right back into the do-or-die mode, which just might propel them to victory in Baton Rouge next week. Hook 'em! Quote
