OTF Premium Justice Finkley is making an impact at Kansas

Justice Finkley, who transferred from Texas to Kansas, is doing well with the Jayhawks. I talked to someone yesterday in the know in Lawrence who said Finkley has been everything the Kansas staff thought he'd be on the field, and that his leadership is so strong that he's in the mix to be a captain as a one-and-done transfer.

Did he graduate before he left? He was a helpful guy for the program at a time in which good behaviors and attitudes were sorely needed.

He was one of my favorite players when he was at Texas with his Mom and Family being great advocates for the program and the University.

Love hearing that about Dr. Finkley. He's going to be a success in life. Tough loss from a culture standpoint but he deserves a chance to live out his dream of playing college football.

I know a site that lists student (since roughly mid-1970's) and degrees - it says Finkley, Justice Ali was a student between ... ah heck, read it yourself here ... no degree listed.

Really enjoyed his 3rd and Longhorn episode. Great guy. Will definitely be rooting for him- Kansas is my personal least hated (and therefore favorite) Big12 team. It was never their fault that they beat and embarrassed us the times they did.

I'll probably be crucified for this but I wasn't upset about the loss in 2016 as it seemed our "leadership" was hellbent on bringing Bad Luck Chuck back for a 4th season before that game ultimately sealed his fate.

I wasn’t clamoring for him to be fired, but at that point I viewed it as a win-win. Similar to OU’s situation this year.
