  1. I'd want a true point in that mix, but it makes sense. I will say that Jerry West was head and shoulders above Steph Curry. Better shooter, better ball handler, better passer, better defender, better competitor, better everything. I've said it before, and I'll say it again. Curry was made the rule changes designed to help the Euro pansies who couldn't man up. They had to allow the weak goobers to avoid man defense and contact so the sticks could shoot. The result has been continuous decline in fan interest. About to reach another low during this year's Finals.
  2. By the way, that was on TNT. Hubie Brown said that if Jerry made the trade, it had to be a good deal because Jerry didn't make bad deals.
  3. Greatest steal in NBA history: West traded Vlade Divac for the draft rights to Kobe. I remember watching the 1996 NBA draft and pundits saying West had lost it. "You can't trade an All-Star center for a 17 year old high school guard."
  4. Jerry West resigned as coach after this season and became the greatest GM in history.
  5. No three point line. Real basketball. Jerry West coaching Kareem as the greatest player ever.
  6. Another way to look at it is that there isn't a game on the criminal schedule that Texas wouldn't be favored to win, with the possible exception of at Alabama. The over/under win total for Texas with the criminal schedule would be 11.5. The over/under for the criminals with the Texas schedule would probably be 7.5. Given that Texas favored over the criminals, it's really 6.5.
  7. I left out Ole Miss at home for the criminals, which should fall right around or just below playing Tennessee on the road. Moves the needle slightly for the criminals, but still not enough to overtake the difficulty of Texas road games.
  8. Back to football schedule whining by the criminals. Let's rank games by level of difficulty top to bottom and see who really has the tougher schedule. Hardest game on the criminal schedule is Texas in Dallas. We can't play ourselves, and it's not our fault Venables is a goober. Doesn't count for comparison purposes, but it will count as a criminal loss. Next hardest game for the criminals is at Alabama. It's at Georgia or at Ohio State for Texas. Take Georgia. Texas game is more difficult. Second hardest game for the criminals is probably at South Carolina. Not even close to at Ohio Sate. Texas game is more difficult. Next hardest game for the criminals is probably LSU at home. It's at Florida for Texas. Not a clear demarcation here, but it's probably harder to play Florida on the road than LSU at home. Next toughest game for the criminals figures to be Michigan at home. Next for Texas is A&M at home. A&M will likely be better than Michigan. Harder for Texas. Next hardest for the criminals is at Tennessee. This could perhaps be flipped with Michigan. Next for Texas is probably at Kentucky. Harder for the criminals. Next for the criminals is probably Auburn at home. Next for Texas is probably Arkansas at home. Arnold and Freeze could be really terrible, but Auburn is more talented than Arkansas. Tougher for the criminals. Next in line for the criminals is Missouri at home. Next for Texas is Vandy at home. I don't think Missouri will be very good, but they'll probably be a little better than Vandy. Harder for the criminals. We have Mississippi State on the road in conference. The other road game in conference for the criminals is technically us. The non-conference schedule not listed here is more difficult for Texas, but it shouldn't matter. Overall, slightly tougher for Texas because of the high end level of difficult road games.

  11. Thanks Jeff. You the best Lock anything you want.
  12. You want to argue actual points, let me know. I haven't proclaimed anything.
  13. That said, I'll go quality against any of you boys any time.
  14. Still ain't nothing compared to Magic 1985-1989.
  15. If you had the three pointer in 1969, Jerry West would have made Steph Curry look like the step child he is.
  16. Edwin Simmons 1983 against the criminals is better than Shipley 2008 against the criminal interlopers.
  17. Ashy ain't billionaires. Texas is eighth largest economy in the world among nations. Make us independent from the US and we're third after US and China. Ten years of independence, we'll be first after half of the states join.
  18. Ain't nothing if we're gonna win.
  19. Nansen visited Jett early this year. Is it a mental eval? Hard to believe Kobe's nephew doesn't want to work. Man's the hardest worker in the history of sports.
  20. Get Arch to talk to Jett and get it done. You can't pass this up. We're talking one of the greatest NBA legacies ever.
  21. Don't get why we're not in on Jett Washington. Oregon, Alabama, Ohio State USC... What are we doing?
