Lock n Horns Posted Tuesday at 04:42 PM Posted Tuesday at 04:42 PM Just now, Ronnie Barnhardt said: I know they get asked directly about Texas, but, interestingly, they continue to give these bulletin board answers that you don't see with Texas players, or really at any big-time, professionally run programs. I wonder if this is somewhat of an indictment on Elko as a leader or how he chooses to run his program That’s because fortunately, Texas’ success is currently defined by whether they beat A&M or not Quote

Realist Horn Posted Tuesday at 05:12 PM Posted Tuesday at 05:12 PM bull caca! If he didn't like Texas, why the heck was he giving our defense the ball last year like he was handing out candy! 3 Quote

I know CB Will Lee mentioned at last year's media day was the thing he was looking forward to most was beating Texas and that obviously didn't happen. Quote

With his frame and chicken legs, I will be surprised if he even makes it to our late season matchup. Now, I don't wish injury on him or any player, but he will be lucky if he is healthy for the second half of the season. 6'1", 185lbs? jeez. Quote

I think he's also underestimating having a brand new OL in front of him. He has good WR weapons, that is certain. But a new playcaller who's never called plays. I don't know much about their RB room, Reuben Owens is good, right? Not sure what they returned on their D either. But he's going to either be running more or under more pressure this year. We'll see how he does. Quote

Inspired73 Posted Wednesday at 01:43 PM Posted Wednesday at 01:43 PM Dear Marcel There is a lot of football between now and the Texas game. You may want to re-adjust your focus. If not, the Bluebonnet Bowl will be in your future. Quote
