  • I keep refreshing but our OL still sucks.

  • Unfortunately I don't have my wizard powers to fix that. Lets hope that frantically F5ing will fix them on Saturday in Columbia.

  • Want to give a huge shout out to three interns for working on the design: Payton Sherman, Kumar Kharod and Justin Teall. And, of course, thanks to Rick Vasquez for implementing the final product. Plea

Please keep any questions/concerns coming our way.

Thanks, Bobby

while on discussion of interns, instead of calling them "supporters", can those names be changed to "interns"? would be nice to know who they are.

enter "texas football", "texas softball", etc, Texas State comes up in the search button at top?

edit: nevermind, see what i did wrong...going to have to get use to the search feature some more

Love it! Huge upgrade.

Congrats to those who did the work and also to those who decided to have them do it!

Maybe ESC would work too.

Thought I was on SurlyHorns for a second lol. Love the upgrade, this looks great. Will take a minute to get used to but great job everyone.

I think the mobile experience needs a lot of work actually. The UI and UX have good intentions but get really annoying with some core actions. There's way too much wasted space in my opinion and Just some clunky experiences. That's just my blunt opinion.

There are some things that I like. For instance I think the font size is bigger and easier to scroll now

try to give some examples later.

Yeah, this post is supremely unhelpful unless you provide examples.

All feedback is welcome and it sounds like you have some real-world experience.

How do you find the App in the IOS store?

Its a progressive web app. There should be a banner that shows up on mobile that prompts you to install. If not, generally saving it to your homescreen will be pretty close in experience

Wondering the same thing

Let me check if there's a way to force it to show.

@Immamac , is there a gif button in the future?

You know, I'm thinking about making a GIF search tool for all the media on surly since it has had a ton of uploads, if I do that I'll bring it over here too.

Anyone else have an issue with the x embedded videos? They don’t work for me. The loading wheel just spins, but never plays.

I was able to get the app on my Home Screen but I’m not receiving push notifications even though the feature is on.

Let me figure out how to force the banner for you and it'll work better. Push only works on PWA

This is a bit less user friendly to navigate the forum. If we could have the old options instead of "unread content" on the Bottom left it would be appreciated.

I am working in that, the bottom nave used to he configurable. I'm trying to give an option for one or the other. The truth is 75%+ use the discover/unread part and not the board
