The Why Files guy was on JRE the other day and it was a really, really good episode. I, too, love the conspiracy/aliens/paranormal stuff.

YouTube has become my #1 thing to watch. Direct TV sucks. I pay them a small fortune and get very little worth watching besides TCM.

On YouTube I watch, Sidetrack Adventures, Adventure Archives, True West Magazine, Adventures of A+K and of course OTF.

I told my wife the other day we need to cancel Hulu because 90% of the time we watch YT on the tv outside of a few shows on Discovery/History (and her Hallmark Christmas movie crap).

And anything that gets me down the rabbit hole

I like it.

Huge JRE fan, along with Theo Von.

I need to find me a good fishing channel.

Listened to that episode while at the beach during my anniversary trip. Wife had mixed feelings about that.

When my wife isn’t around I listen to OTF. She isn’t a sports fan but she fully supports me and has bought me and my son tickets to playoff games the last 2 years. She has become a Longhorn fan just because I am.  When we were dating she signed up for YouTube TV so I could watch the games without me even asking.

together we listen to

Daily Brew

Joe Rogan Experience. (Long but great, entertaining discussions).

Rich Habits

Music and sometimes Comedy

What else, besides OTF obviously, do you all watch/listen to on YouTube/Spotify/etc? I don't necessarily mean Texas-related either, but more general sports related, non-sports related, whatever.

I'm kind of curious to see what yall are doing when not on OTF.

What are your go to shows after exhausting OTF options?

Jesus Blake, that's like asking people their favorite genre of porn!

I remember when the History channel and the Western channel (538) were good, but it seems to me their programing has slipped several notches. Hallmark movies are what keeps the wives busy and happy. Here we are paying $$$ for this content yet the number of commercials seems to get worse every year.

I primarily listen to music along with podcasts/documentaries related to music. A little  Josh Pate mixed in.

Rick Beato and Professor of Rock are great for celebrating the joy of music. At least from a Gen-X perspective.

I'm all over the place.

Music - especially TINY DESK.  Youtube music is also way better than Spotify - can play live versions of music you may like more than the recorded if its on youtube.  plus no commercials on youtube videos like OTF!

Cooking videos - always wanting to learn new recipes and techniques.

3rd and longhorn, Josh Pate, The Film Guy, really check out any Longhorn content that looks good.

Guided meditation - Andrew Huberman stuff

Videos on workouts and stretches to try

Only time I need subscription TV is when the Longhorns football season comes around. Baseball and NASCAR can be watched other ways.

I have Hulu but upgrade to live tv right before the season starts, then change it back as the Super Bowl ends. The Super Bowl usually occurs right before that month's payment so I have to be quick with it lol

Haha. I listen in my wife’s vehicle a lot when we are traveling to and from our kids games. Sometimes she likes it, sometimes they get in a little too deep for her liking.

That’s awesome. I married an Aggie who turned into a Texas fan.

She didn’t even know who Mike Elko was until @Gerry Hamilton told her last weekend.

There’s only a couple of shows I like on there. I was an avid Oak Island watcher but I’m now convinced they either already found it and are hiding it or the treasure is the advertising dollars that come back each season.

Skinwalker Ranch and the Beyond Skinwalker ranch shows I love, however. Mainly because of Travis Taylor. That guy is insanely smart.

My favorite is Blind Frog Ranch on Discovery.

I’m probably going to get made fun of for saying this, but Dua Lipa’s Tiny Desk is great.
