Ref the new 'Salary Cap" would some of your higher value athletes that happen to come from well off families ie manning soon to be dia bell offer a discounted price to get better talent around them to be more competitive especially come playoff time?

Some already have and not just because they’re from well off families but because they want to build a better team.

Not something that needs to be called out by name but those athletes should be commended for the team first mentality.  I dont recall seeing this anywhere else.  Thanks Bobby

Texas isn't pushing for Bryce Perry-Wright ... OTF has reported that numerous times. The commitment of Richard Wesley meant Texas wasn't going to push on BP-W.

Xavier Griffin wasn't coming to Texas when Tyler Atkinson was brought in for an OV ... so not sure how one calculates that. But OTF reported multiple times that was going to be the case. 

Texas absolutely wanted Ezavier Crowell, Malakai Lee, Kendall Guervil and Trenton Henderson. Texas will hang around those through senior year.

All these other schools blowing their wad (money) now while Sark and Texas strategize.  It's a long way until signing day and while they may not get all the players they want - it's fine, they will build a competitive roster that will compete for championships.  As someone who sometimes gives money to the school when it is in our budget, I appreciate them spending it wisely and not frivolously tossing dollars out at will.

Is there anything to read into the Xavier Griffin decision? Was it truly being butt hurt about a simple visit or was it knowledge of Atkinson’s intentions? Looking for some positivity here!
