Key here in hoops ... if you signed an Exhibit 10 contract, you are also inelgible to return ... If that plays out, it knocks Mark Mitchell out from Kentucky,  RJ Louis def out from LSU

No mention of baseball so could a player lets say that is in Double A come back and play in college?

Yep and I wonder how softball is affected by this ruling too…

Hutson is believed to be good to go and should be able play for the Longhorns this fall

I believe the original deal that was put out was if you hadn't signed a contract or played in NFL camp which Hutson correctly did unlike these others that played in camp and preaseason games for crying out loud lol

Crazy they have to have meetings about this

Meeting was already scheduled weeks ago with intent to discuss leaving the NCAA.

So 16-0  vote. LSU must have a judge up their sleeve still haha. Public  vote makes them look better than the slime they are. But I'm sure they will be expecting judicial relief. Still see a showdown coming between the SEC and then.

Does that knock out any of the OU basketball players?

Even lsu voted for it?!?

They had no choice. Can’t risk P4 schools voting 67-1 on this (assuming b12 and ACC follow). They look bad enough as it is.

Do we know whether any of the LSU football guys totally pulled up their stakes in the NFL?  Speaking of lawsuits, they might now have a gripe against LSU and its NiL groups.

They will sue the SEC if they have too. They’ve burned bridges in the NFL.

“A baton rouge native judge” says all you need to know about how this prolly will go

The question is even if they get an injunction, will it matter considering the stance the SEC & B1G have already taken.

Would be great to let LSU do all this suing and think they win, have all these players play in games and the ncaa and SEC vacate all their wins. That to me would be the best form of consequence. What’s next, players sue the NFL team they get cut from for not signing them to a contract? Starting QB’s get sued by the back up?

Gosh, I wonder who selected that judge and venue for these players (none of whom live in Baton Rouge).

College football. ..  the [fall]year round past time where the [offense] plaintiff squares off on the [field] court floor with defense trying to them from [scoring] getting injuctive relief.

So much to love. The rivalries! The JDs!

And most of all.... Totally unbiased home [referees] judges.

Who would have thought a summer with a Brendan Sorsby scandal would be dwarfed by NFL cast offs trying to "Never Been Kissed" their way back to college.
