watty7796 Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago (edited) A company founded in Texas and donated before the others mentions and likely is the reason Dell exists. Texas Instruments. TI cutting edge since the 1930s. My preference would be no sponsor as the Texas Brand is as valuable as any in the world and sells itself. Edited 1 hour ago by watty7796 Quote
AusMOJO Posted 47 minutes ago Posted 47 minutes ago I wonder if Oregon is going to officially put Phil Knights face on their uniforms and fields? He's their sponsors already. Now to answer the hypothetical question, I like either of Marcus and Bobby's answer. Tesla would be a good one but with how Austin is, I'm not sure that would go over very well lol. Plus I'm not a fan of electric cars. But it would be the least invasive, with it just being a T and someone already posted a cool image of a burnt orange one. if it was going to happen, as long as it's a better deal than the Big 12 got, I'd be happy with it. Give the programs lots of extra cash, non invasive logo and I'm all good. Now preferably I'd love to have nothing and just keep it the way it is. But unfortunately the progress of college sports is already trending that way. I don't like it but no one cares about what some Aussie not even in the country has to say lol. Quote
